CHM requires a multi skilled operative to cover multiple maintenance jobs in a fast-paced environment.&nbsp;

A knowledge of basic building maintenance works is desired but training will be provided.

The candidate&nbsp;must be trustworthy and able to pass a security clearance and DBS check as the position will require possible working on MOD sites,&nbsp;

Works will include, but are not restricted too, fencing&nbsp;repairs, flooring repairs and fabric repairs to various buildings.&nbsp;

Successful candidate will be expected to work on other projects within the group on different contracts and some travelling will be required.

A full driving licence would be preferred.
