CHM requires a multi skilled operative to cover multiple maintenance jobs in a fast-paced environment. 

A knowledge of basic building maintenance works is desired but training will be provided.

The candidate must be trustworthy and able to pass a security clearance and DBS check as the position will require possible working on MOD sites, 

Works will include, but are not restricted too, fencing repairs, flooring repairs and fabric repairs to various buildings. 

Successful candidate will be expected to work on other projects within the group on different contracts and some travelling will be required.

A full driving licence would be preferred.
