Job Purpose: To provide outstanding service during the reservations process, confirm bookings, and provide information and service to customers who have already booked. To support the UK Operations&nbsp;functions and to assist with the loading of inventory, updating rates, special offers, availability, booking rules and stop sales.

Aim: To ensure every customer is delighted with the service they receive by going the extra mile to assist in&nbsp;all aspects during the booking process and pre-departure contact. To contribute to a first-class UK operations function which ensures smooth running of our bookings so that our customers become loyal long-term advocates.

Scope: The role covers reservations, customer services, product updates, reservations back up, call answering,&nbsp;product and pricing loading, availability and rates loading.

Training: We provide full training on our system and overseas resort visits are needed to learn the areas and properties we feature.

Key Objectives:

	<li>As part of the reservations&nbsp;team, you will be taking bookings for all Sun-hat Villas &amp; Resorts products&nbsp;which will require you to respond to enquiries by compiling and sending&nbsp;quotations, checking availability, placing options and taking payments.</li>
	<li>UK Operations will mean taking&nbsp;queries and requests, researching answers from in house or outside resources&nbsp;and feeding back to customers. Ensuring our customers are delighted by&nbsp;providing an informed and truly exceptional service from the moment the&nbsp;customer contacts us for assistance to the time they travel. Assisting with all 
	queries, replying quickly by email and by telephone and speaking with an&nbsp;enthusiastic smile.</li>
	<li>The UK Operation vital to the&nbsp;success of the Sun-hat Villas &amp; Resorts business and ensuring that&nbsp;customers experience is an exceptional one every single time. We have a high&nbsp;level of automation, however there are manual inputs required on the running of&nbsp;the business, and monitoring and controlling and chasing information.</li>
	<li>Preparing and producing&nbsp;customer documentation &ndash; producing printed welcome information packs and&nbsp;sending these out within 7 days of the booking form being received.</li>
	<li>Assisting the reservations&nbsp;team during busy times. &ndash; ensuring our customers are delighted by providing an&nbsp;informed and truly exceptional service from the moment the customer contacts us&nbsp;for assistance to the time they travel. Assisting with all queries, replying quickly&nbsp;by email and by telephone and speaking with a smile.</li>
	<li>Loading new products, updating&nbsp;descriptions, rates, directions availability, booking rules.</li>
	<li>Any other work related to the&nbsp;UK Operations and Reservations functions.</li>

Office Hours: 09:00 &ndash; 18:00 weekdays and 09:30 &ndash; 13:30 Saturdays on rota basis
