About the role

We are looking for a Letting Agent with a strong knowledge of student and residential lettings, to join our team and help to manage our ever-expanding portfolio. Our lettings team are critical in providing a smooth journey for both tenants and landlords, by handling queries and quickly dealing with any challenges that may arise.

We strive to provide exceptional customer service for our tenants, landlords and contractors, and we pride ourselves on our great reputation for student lettings in Lincoln.

No two days are ever the same, and your key responsibilities will range from maintenance reporting, answering tenant queries, liaising with landlords, conducting viewings, inspecting properties, and keeping up to date with current legislation, amongst other tasks!

Skills, knowledge, and experience

	<li>Exceptional customer service skills</li>
	<li>Organisation and problem solving, and an ability to prioritise</li>
	<li>A confident, positive outlook and independent thinking</li>
	<li>Calm under pressure and experience of working in a fast-paced environment</li>
	<li>Accurate IT skills</li>
	<li>Ideally ARLA qualified</li>
	<li>Must have a full UK Driving licence</li>
