Volunteer and HR Administrator

Lincoln Cathedral is looking to recruit a Volunteer and HR Administrator to support our staff and volunteers. The position plays a pivotal role within the Chapter Office which will provide administrative support across the Cathedral.

The successful applicant will have experience of working in a HR role for at least two years, the ability to work with a wide range of people including staff and volunteers is also essential. Candidates will have excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated, a good team player with the ability to manage workloads efficiently.  Excellent IT skills are required with confidence in MS Office and HR systems.
