We are now seeking an experienced Operations Manager to strategically lead and develop our Pharmacy Area Managers and Pharmacy Resources Manager. In this role, you will set and deliver clear performance measures, coach and motivate pharmacy teams and ensure they achieve exceptional performance through clear objectives. You will monitor and review progress, support branches to meet targets, and manage the performance of the pharmacy trading area by monitoring key performance indicators.
Your responsibilities will also include contributing to the development and delivery of the pharmacy strategic plan, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements and maintaining high pharmacy quality standards and client service. You will keep informed of industry trends, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and work with other operational teams to ensure the success of Lincolnshire Co-op. Additionally, you will manage risks, plan and analyse financial information, prepare budgets, and manage resources to achieve budgetary controls.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you will have proven substantial experience in leading and managing teams at an operational level, particularly in multi-site business operations. Your background will include budgeting, strategic application, managing and leading change, and developing teams to drive effective teamwork.
You'll possess excellent leadership, management, problem-solving and decision-making skills, along with a strong client focus. You'll coach, mentor and develop your colleagues and demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and networking skills. Your strong community engagement and presence, excellent IT skills alongside strong numeracy and literacy skills will make you a strong candidate.
