As a Management Accountant at our Support Centre in Lincoln, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and optimising the financial performance of our retail trading sectors. Your responsibilities will include the meticulous collation and presentation of four-weekly results, consistently seeking avenues for improvement to surpass our Society's expectations.
Collaborating closely with key stakeholders, you'll align financial objectives with operational strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to financial management. Your keen analytical skills will be put to use in analysing food results against budgets and forecasts, offering invaluable insights to enhance our financial performance. Moreover, you will craft budgets and forecasts that will guide our decision-making processes and contribute to our strategic growth.

Qualifications:
We are seeking an accomplished individual who is fully qualified as an accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA). Your financial acumen and analytical prowess will be instrumental in this role, supported by your proficiency in financial software and tools. Your communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams will ensure seamless dissemination of financial insights and best practices.
